折叠机是烫平机的后续配套设备。它具备两横三纵共五折的折叠功能，最大折叠范围3000x3000mm。两套独立的驱动电机由变频器控制，具备折叠速度在50m/min内无级可调的功能，可与各种类型的烫平机相匹配。采用PLC可编程控制器，抗干扰性强。高度智能化的液晶显示触摸屏操作系统，具有良好的人机界面。完善的自诊断功能和安全保护系统便于机器的日常使用和维护。国内首创的防静电功能更增加了机器的工作可靠和稳定性
The features of the ZD folding machine
--ZD-3000V Serial folding machine is the down stream support equipment of ironing machines.It is provided with five folds including two horizontal ones and three vertical ones, the widest folding range is 3000 x 3000mm.
--both of the two drive motors are controlled by tranducers with stepless adjustale folding speed within 50m/min.enable the unit to match with all kinds of ironing machine.
--Adapted PLC programmable controller, excellent anti-interference performance. Highly intelligentized LCD touch screen operating system with excellent interface and perfect self-detection and protection system facilitates the daily use and maintenance of the machines.
